The project
This two-story home had a long covered lanai with a paver floor on the ground level and a covered balcony upstairs. Both were open to the yard.
We screened in both spaces with Bronze aluminum framing under the home’s existing roof. The lanai keeps its ceiling fans and open view, and the balcony is screened above its knee wall.
