Pool cages and rebuilds
Excellent customer service and product. We upgraded our lanai framing and screens from the original 1980s to panoramic and it is amazing. Austin took the time to talk through options, what materials they would use, length of time to install and cost. His employees are also kind quiet efficient and courteous . Absolutely would recommend.
We worked with Austin, Stacy, and crew to repair damage from Hurricane Milton to our pool cage. We lost many screens and had some frame damage as well. They got back with us and let us know they were very busy, and we were on their list. I know every contractor was inundated after the storm, but I really appreciated that they at least let us know they wanted our business. Austin came out and gave us an estimate and explained the work. They came out and started the work when they said and were finished exactly when they said. Everyone was friendly and professional. Most of all, we love the work they did. I will not hesitate in recommending them to our friends and neighbors.
Backwater Aluminum repaired our super gutter on the lanai, replaced the screen on the pool cage and repaired the cage following Hurricane Ian damage. The crew was professional, on time and completed the work in a timely manner. All the work was completed as expected without any problems or issues. The cost of the work was reasonable unlike many other contractors that we had bids from! There were no unexpected surprises or issues that were suggested to add to the expense! Super work! Thank you Backwater!

Rescreens and repairs
Fantastic 5-star service from Back Water Aluminum! Austin repaired torn screens on our pool cage; he reattached and straightened wind-damaged framing, and fixed our loose gutter guards. Austin also adjusted our front screen door, which was scraping along the concrete (no more scratching). Punctual, skilled, and honest work from start to finish. We are happy and definitely recommend Austin from Back Water Aluminum!
Austin and his helper did an excellent job repairing my screen door, I highly recomend backwater alum
Austin is a great guy. So very helpful and came out days b4 the original date. Even gave us a stronger screen, but most of all he went above and beyond on his own and fixed another screen without having to ask him too. I will definitely use him again. The price was very reasonable too.
Austin was amazing. From the very 1st moment we spoke about the project until after we received the final inspection approval, he was right there. On time, on budget, incredibly polite, customer focused and skilled. Backwater Aluminum was the light at the end of a very dark tunnel with other contractors we had used due to damage from Hurricane Ian. I highly recommend them; call me if you’d like a referral because Austin will NOT disappoint.
Backwater Aluminum did a fantastic job on home. Thanks to them I can finally enjoy my lanai without being eaten alive. The quality of work matched their efforts for transparency with their customers, breaking down every cost that goes into the job to simply answering any of my questions. Highly recommend to anyone looking for screening.
We were very pleased with our new door and rescreening. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. This is the second job they have completed for us and we would recommend them without hesitation.
Excellent service. Quick response even with all the people needing service due to the recent hurricane damages. You can never fault a company for having excellent communication skills along with great service and reasonable prices.
They showed up on time to my house they were very professional and got the job done quick and still providing top notch quality. I’ll use them again in the future for all my screening needs
Out of several companies I contacted and tried to contract, Backwater Aluminum was the only one that showed up to give me an estimate and follow through. They were punctual and completed the work on schedule and on budget as promised. They did the aluminum repairs and screening on both my lanais and the work was quality. Finding reliable and quality contractors is very difficult these days so I’m grateful I found Backwater Aluminum and highly recommend them, a pleasure to do business with.

The workmanship was beautiful. Went above all I expected. Austin's personality, cleanliness on the job. I was extremely happy. He did Xtra without me asking.
