Excellent customer service and product. We upgraded our lanai framing and screens from the original 1980s to panoramic and it is amazing. Fantastic 5-star service from Back Water Aluminum! Austin repaired torn screens on our pool cage; he reattached and straightened wind-damaged framing, and fixed our loose gutter guards. Austin also adjusted our front screen door, which was scraping along the concrete (no more scratching). Punctual, skilled, and honest work from start to finish.
